Instructions and Information

How will our Company Ecard look?

On the right is an example of one of our Business E-cards with message, logo and weblink in place. The Ecard can be displayed on a web page, or in the body of an email.

How long can our message be?

You can write up to 1000 characters in the message area. Contact us if you would like it to be longer.

How do I upload a Logo?

Your logo will need to fit into a space 550 pixel wide x 200 pixels high, if your artwork is larger it will be reduced automatically to fit. It should be against a white background and saved as a jpeg. Why not add staff signatures around the logo for a more personal touch.

What are the options for sending?

Option 1. On confirmation of your preview you will receive an email containg a link to your customised Company E card. You can then send emails to up to 1000 contacts with the link included (additional views can be purchased at stage 5)

Option 2. We can manage your customised Ecard and send it to your mailing list, you can upload your contact list (we have an Excel template prepared) an email will be sent automatically, in an html format to your recipients (to view an example Click here) and the ecards will be sent automatically.
